Mandatory breaks, good retirement benefits if you stay long enough

Strictest attendance policy I have ever seen, with no exemptions for illness. People frequently come to work sick and their illnesses worsen because of it. I worked in the deli, and people who come to work sick frequently cough and sneeze around the open food because of this. An elderly woman I worked with worked herself to exhaustion and nearly fainted at work. Another employee worked while having COVID and died because she was never allowed to take enough time off to rest. I quit because of ethical concerns.

Always understaffed never have the back up you need from management they are more worried about target then the store it self management that does not know if they are coming are going from one day to the next has become a really crappy place to work they put to much stress on the employees that actually stay with the company and the tx/ok Division is a joke!!!!
