      The people where really nice to work with.

      Cons

      Very little training, were expected to be on your own in less than 5 day training, I was training new employee even though I had been there for only 3 months, low pay for the hours considering I was only part time. They do not make it clear that you are part time until they feel like putting you full time,which can take up to 3 to 4 years.

      As mentioned in another review Salary Managers earn a nice paycheck and this years ESOP evaluation made the old guard very happy and some $$$ Benefits are solid This is a recession Prof Job

      I have been doing this so long I never thought about the 26 additional days that the other Store Manager mentioned but it is true and messed up District Managers are corporate lackeys who are heartless megalomaniacs. They have no true power and it makes them angry. If you get one mad you will be bullied and miserable The company is not positioned well with its hourly pay structure and nobody who can fix this cares at all. Retail workers are underpaid and our employee owners are at the bottom of that list Senior management ignores the plight of the stores and sticks to tradition basically thumbing their noses in the face of mounting operational adversity
