      Lots of opportunity to grow career. ESOP benefits are amazing.

      I have worked for other companies in the grocery industry. If you are a worker this company will leave you able to retire as they are employee owned.profits don’t go to shareholders.

      nothing anymore the place is dog crap now

      Cons

      used to work 40 hours a week got that reduced down to about 32 hours for no reason and without explanation also my pay has barely gone up while new hires are getting paid over $20 and hour while people who have been here for a years are still getting paid $16 - $19 an hour
