      The co-workers are friendly and helpful, benefits are great for low level job,

      Cons

      My days off changes every week with my work hours are the same which makes it tough to have a life outside. Fast paced and very physical work. High turn over in the dept.

      Pros

      Awesome benefits. Seriously like $36 for $100 deductible major medical, dental, vision, prescription. Company stock at the end of every year. 6 years to be fully vested.

      Cons

      Management changes about every 6-12 months regarding store placement. Rotation from days to overnight management every 3-6 months. Constant changes in work load due to this. Going above and beyond is quickly negated due to frequently changing roster. If you have health issues, be prepared to explain them over and over again to different managers.
