      Pros

      Medical benefits, people, watching company grow. Tuition assistance, bonus and ESOP.

      Cons

      HR policies are outdated and childish and not applied equally especially the hiring process and there is nothing you can do about it or anyone to go to to get it changed. Rules and processes change without notice or explanation. If you ask someone in HR a question they are either impatient, exhasberated or hide behind "it's our policy." And if you don't like an answer one week wait a few days and you will get a different answer.

      Pros

      Possibility for decent wage if you don't get fired, not a lot of micromanagement

      Cons

      Attendance policy is ridiculous, doctors notes rejected for no reason (resulting in write ups and often terminations), very few employees make it through the first 6 months, employees are often dismissed without real cause

      Pros

      Fast paced depending on the store and season. Benefits are fantastic, and if you get a good manager the job can be enjoyable and they'll work with your schedule so that it works for everyone.

      Cons

      Highschool level drama, favoritism, elitism, and seniority complexes are just to name a few of what you can run into. The problem is that it differs from store to store, and each tire has its own little way of running. If you get a good store with an honest manager then its honestly a fantastic company. If not, then its not work the pay, or being treated like less of a person.
