Good culture. The groups here are friendly and supportive. There are a lot of opportunities within Winfield/Land O' Lakes to contribute to the community.

Good working environment, new building, several branches you could make a lateral switch to if you want to go a different direction through Land O'Lakes

Cons

Bonus widely depends on forces outside of your control, some stress based on politics due to volatile soy prices.
