If you come in with the mind frame to to a good job and improve thing this is not the place for you at all. Manager that have been there for long term really are the cause of the company break down. They are so stuck in the old ways that when someone new comes along it's looked at as a threat and not an employee making things better for the future.
When I say race and favoritism does matter it's said to say but if you are not a certain lets say type of person you will not be moving up the laid to much. They hire what is needed to say the company is diverse.
For a company with the word Environmental in the title it's not driven on saving the planet at all. They use more paper and are so old fashion minded that it's not even funny.
So like other's have stated no need for the feed back message to make Wind River feel better about the thing's they are already know. Instead of keep on buying more companies to make your numbers look bigger just for inverters why don't you put that into better training programs for your management team. Invest more time, money and afforded into the good employees you have and coming in. STOP taken up time on people that know how to manipulate because they know how to play the Wind River game. Wind River makes there on problems by not addressing the bigger problem.
