Pretty relaxed gig, I enjoy the people I work and I like to work outside.

Cons

Management is pretty meh, depends on the weather, and you put yourself at risk for little pay.

Excellent corporate support, visionary out of the box thinking with respect to growth marketing, fun environment, sincere recognition for high performance.

Cons

Would like to see more aggressive (but prudent) marketing to bring new franchisees on board...still have a number of states not represented.
