None,at all. Can not think of one

Cons

Owner micromanaged,would also get super passive aggressive to employees. Be prepared for your phone to nonstop go off about nonsense when your off the clock courtesy of the owner. Lied in the interview about the work hours and bonus commission you could make.

Cons

Management is pretty meh, depends on the weather, and you put yourself at risk for little pay.
