Top Notch Company with Values

Pros

Leadership team is incredible. They really excelled during the pandemic in the care of their employees. They shut down the offices. Spread out the teams. Made sure we had what we needed to work from home. They established a Pandemic Taskforce as well as hosted weekly Town Halls lead by the President of Windsor to make sure every employee knew what was going on and had the opportunity to stay connected during a disconnected time. They also did not lay off or furlough a single person during the pandemic that I am aware of. In addition, they provided everyone with 30 days of COVID time to take if needed. I can honestly say that this company cares about myself and my family.

Cons

Very difficult to break past the Property Manager level to the Divisional Team. Sites stick often to the 1 leasing agent per 100 apartment rule and that can be very stressful for the team on-site with how busy things can get.
