Pros
I can't say enough good about Windsor. Many employees including myself started with Windsor straight out of college. I love everything about this company. The training program is awesome - they really set you up with what you need to be successful. They also understand that everyone's training needs can vary, and will provide additional training as needed. Windsor hires friendly and genuinely good people. I'm friends with several of my colleagues and hang out with them outside of work. The work environment can be fast-paced, but every day is different and each day goes by quickly. For leasing/management positions, responsibilities are a mixed bag and can vary from paying bills and budgeting, to planning resident functions and helping residents. If you are considering Windsor, do not look any further. It's not uncommon to meet employees who have been with the company for 10, 20, even 25+ years. The company is looking to double in size over the next 6 years. As much as the company has grown over the past year, that "family" feel that makes Windsor special has not seemed to fade. *Competitive hourly wages and commissions *Tuition reimbursement *$500 AmEx gift card twice/year to purchase work clothes and shoes *20% rent discount *Awards ceremonies, contests, and "fun" days multiple times per year *Option to transfer within company to other states or regions *Empowered to make decisions & work independently *Continuous training and development opportunities I have been lucky enough to work under a handful people in this company that I look up to immensely - who work hard, lead by example, and push you to your full potential. These people started in the same position that I did and are not too "far above you" to jump in and help with your tasks if you need help. They may have high expectations but as a driven employee, I personally appreciate that. If I were to ever leave Windsor, I fear I would be disappointed because overall, I have been extremely happy here.
