Pros

Excellent benefits, above average compensation, decent work/life balance, amazing co-workers and mentors, opportunity for advancement and great training department

Cons

I cannot think of any Con's but I am unable to proceed until I type something in the box. I am grasping here but my only negative is that I have worked every weekend for the last 6 months. Something that is very common in this industry.

Pros

Windsor is a great company to work for. They are constantly looking for ways to keep employees engaged and motivated. I work in the Northeast Region, and may be bias, but happen to think it is the best of the regions! Joan Gallagher, the Regional Vice President is a phenomenal leader who truly takes the time to know each of her employees. It's rare to work for a company that is so old school in its thinking, in that they truly care about each employee. Just this past week, the CEO, Jeff Harris, took the time to meet with the sales teams at our annual marketing meeting and even took about an hour to do a question/answer session. It's easy to look at some of the larger Property Management companies and think you have better opportunities, and yes, in some ways, you may, but I urge you when considering companies to consider your quality of life. Yes, Windsor is a smaller company, but they do right by their employees, and that is an extremely rare thing to find.

Cons

There isn't as quick an opportunity to grow as there is with some of the larger companies. That being said, I wouldn't trade my position here for a higher position at one of those companies.
