      Pros

      Windsor is one of the best companies I have worked for! They demonstrate employee recognition as well as work/life balance. The benefits are great, the pay is good, they offer a generous clothing allowance twice a year. The training is fantastic and they really do set you up for success.

      Cons

      I can't think of many cons but if I had to mention one it would be that they focus a little too much on secret shops, the pressure can be intense but it's all to benefit you and help with your sales approach.

      -Associate appreciation days/week including day trips, high end restaurant lunch, money, and more! -It is sincerely encouraged to pick up the phone and call anyone at corporate, not just something they say -Manager conference in a different location in the country each year. -Great competitive pay -EVERYONE is friendly -They will fly you around the country for different training and meetings -Truly a family culture

      Cons

      Some policies are more grey than I personally prefer.
