can move up quickly if you work hard though you will be underpaid as a manager

Cons

hard working employees are not valued. Turnover is very high due to undervaluing and underpaying employees

Pros

Very fun atmosphere, friendly employees, love to work around clothes and the new fashion trends! You also get a 40% off discount on everything which is the best perk of the job. They also are very flexible in scheduling and give you mostly every day you ask for off.

Cons

Employees are expected to do tons of work especially the sales associates who are usually placed in the back of the store or in the fitting rooms and the pay is the bare minimum.

I loved the team I work with. It is a fun, loving environment and you really feel like you are working with family. The company is really big on intergity and family and it shows through the individuals that work for Windsor.

Cons

Loss penvention is a huge problem in this store considering the area. If you are good at preventing theft, then this is for you. If you can't handle controlling a store shrink and making sure you are profitting more than you are losing, don't work here.
