      Pros

      Employee discount and contest are nice Salary is ok The work can be fun and you meet a lot of new people.

      Cons

      Windsor's loss prevention policies don't make since. The systems are outdated and they aren't doing anything to help store prevent loss but are surprised about and "hold you accountable for results. Honestly this line of work can be dangerous depending on what area your store is in.

      Pros

      The 40% discount Your co-workers. The girls are so nice and friendly. Extrava which means you get 50% off certain items.

      Cons

      The pay!!!! We work so hard for the company everybody should be getting paid more. Sales associate only get minimum wage and assistant managers badically make that or a dollar more. As much as assistant managers do they should be getting paid way more especially since they do the same tasks co's and store managers do.
