      Pros

      So much room for growth if you're willing to work hard. Company wants to create an oasis for customers and employees! Easy to approach upper mgmt. Lots of incentives for employees. The sky is the limit with Windsor. So many great things in my life happened because of this company!

      I do not have any cons to share. This company has been great to me and strives to always better themselves so they can provide an oasis for customers and employees!

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Windsor due to the fact that it is a family atmosphere and you are treated as such. I have been given the opportunity to rejoin the Windsor family 3 years ago with open arms and couldn't be happier. Thank you!!
