Pros

Great working environment, management were great, corporate was always helping when we needed them!

Cons

Salaried workers had good pay, if you were hourly you were getting min wage which is fine for kids but if you are trying to pay for things you needed to be part of management! Dress code was a little to picky, no jeans unless wearing heels and no open toed shoes unless it was a two inch heel.

Pros

The girls are friendly, customers are great and the discount is awesome. A very good beginning job for anyone just entering the work force.

Cons

The hours aren't very plentiful and the shifts aren't ideal. Everyone working in the store is young so there isn't much of w separation between supervisors and employees.

Required to meet sales goals weekly and monthly, but there is no commission being made.
