Cons

Policies and procedures can be changed when they feel like it with out employees review or notcie, so it makes it easier for them to fire you with out having a justifiable reason. Many Windsor Store Managers know this & use it to their advantage

Employee discounts with ability to control your work performance by helping customers. Guidance on helping customers is key to success.

Cons

Hours can interfere with nights and weekends and dealing with the customers can be difficult at times. Must have a passion for fashion.

Pros

At the location I worked at everyone was like a family besides our Store Manager. She was a nice person but she definitely played favorites. The 40% discount was amazing and so were all the extra incentives like contests for Windsor Bucks.

Cons

The sales goals are very high and in this economy it was super hard to meet or even exceed them in only a month.
