Great for students in school since the hours are flexible, you meet a lot of great people, easy to work your way up

Cons

Raises are rare and very minimum, starting pay isn’t great either.

Cons

low pay and different rates for different people doing the same job, obsessively focused on preventing theft by providing "good service" but that usually meant just not leaving customers alone and being expected to check up on them constantly

Great company overall, Leon is a great CEO and truly cares about his employees. If you put the effort in it is easy to grow in the company. Love my management team and overall work environment. Great discount!

Cons

Prom and homecoming season can get a little chaotic, but still loads of fun.
