Cons
- No work/life balance. | The position that I have is fairly new to the company and requires a lot of work and overtime leading to 10-12hr work days most times. This is very common, not for the whole office, just for team members who share my job title. It's very rare that I get off on time. =( This very discouraging. - No annual reviews. This means no goals are set in place for you to strive toward for the next year, and there's no conversation about a potential raise or growth within the company. - Not many Holiday vacation days. - No time to stop and take a lunch. Work is very very fast paced and you'll spend most if not all days eating at your desk. You are free to take a lunch any time you like, but you'll find yourself debating back and forth on whats more important, the pending work load, or a break away from the computer screens for a bit of Peace of Mind. The work load wins every time.
