Best company to work for! Its all about teamwork and family. Everyone is happy to help each other at a drop of a pin. Extremely smart staff from on site to corporate. Our facilities team is at the very top of their game. Well networked team.

Cons

Only Con is, we only get together once a year to network.

Unethical Attitude of Some People Was Troublesome

If you expect any positivity, Wingate is not the right employer for you. Stay as far as you can from it.

Cons

Some of my colleagues were the worst human beings I've ever met. They carried on with unethical and possibly illegal activities such as ransacking vacated apartments to sell and ensure their personal gain. It was awful. I couldn't avoid their personal gain. It was awful. I couldn't avoid their lies, and when I tried to expose them, they got me fired. It was unfair! Please beware, ir they will do the same with you.

There are to many steps to get things done, such as getting something approved or terminating an employee.
