Pros

Competitive Salaries, Generous PTO, Summer and Holiday Early Release, Compassionate CO with some AMAZING employees. Luckily, I worked with a Regional that was In-touch with her employees, ethical and hard working. She fought for her employees and region and groomed new employees to be part of our successful and dynamic 'family'.

Cons

Limited room for growth outside of Corporate. Fast growing CO that needs structure and the rules/policies applied consistently and fairly.

Each corporate department thinks of only what they want/need and not how it all fits together. Suspicious management. Always being watched.
