      Favorable benefits, centralized location, strong coworkers

      Cons

      Self-centered management, lack of leadership skills and people management skills at the top levels, entitled executive suite, unnecessary spending, severe lack of growth mindset. no potential for growth or promotions, compensation is much lower than industry standards. big play on favoritism across the board

      Bonus structure was pretty good.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is extremely terrible and backstabbing. Favorites are way too recognizable at every level. The development that is preached isn’t real. DMs have to be ready to go in and work in a store around the clock. Be ready from 9a-1a 7 days a week because you will have a location with issues.
