Pros

- People you work with here are nothing shy of phenomenal. They are fun, hard-working, creative, free-spirited and most importantly smart and get things done - Wink is positioned very uniquely in a growing industry. These is no better time to get into the business than now - Salary is competitive and benefits are great - Lots of job independence and team work. You feel like you are part of something big and you are contributing a lot - Internal mobility is good if you prove to be a valuable member

Cons

- Because its' a start up, there are still processes to be built and implemented but honestly, that's part of the journey - Work can be challenging sometimes but it's never too bad - There isn't a lot of hand holding in this company if you need that. However, there is a lot of mentorship and guidance
