Pros

There are a lot of growth opportunities at this national and growing organization. The organization invests in the professional development of its employees. Early 3pm release every Friday.

Cons

The recent RTO mandate to the Boston Corporate office employees from 3 days a week to 4 days a week has revealed from leadership and appears to be coming only from the CEO and supported by few else in leadership. It was stated that the RTO was partially due to equity because staff working at properties must work on site 5 days a week. While this is true, their jobs are fundamentally different from corporate positions. Secondly, for years, corporate employees at the Lowell office have quietly been able to remain in the office only 1 day per week. Even with this most recent call to RTO they are only returning 3 days per week not 4. Equity is about raising all boats and providing equal access to benefits, not bringing everyone down to the same level.

Thank you for your feedback. The decision to adopt a new policy for hybrid work is strongly supported among members of the company's leadership team and managers, as well as many corporate team members. Having experienced hybrid schedules for five years, it became clear to leadership that strengthening in-person collaboration would help fuel continued growth and innovation, and promote creativity, mentoring and career advancement opportunities for all corporate team members. Although WinnCompanies is not alone in the workplace evolution toward a more structured in-office environment, we understand this change is less convenient for some — even though it only adds one additional day in the office. We're proud of the way that members of our corporate team have embraced the revised in-office schedule and are already seeing the benefits in our workplace environment. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. Although WinnCompanies is not alone in the workplace evolution toward a more structured in-office environment, we understand this change is less convenient for some — even though it only adds one additional day in the office. The decision to adopt a new policy for hybrid work came after a great deal of thought and firsthand observations. Having experienced hybrid schedules for five years, it became clear to leadership that strengthening in-person collaboration would help fuel continued growth and innovation, and promote creativity, mentoring and career advancement opportunities for all corporate team members. We're proud of the way that members of our corporate team have embraced the revised in-office schedule, but we understand and appreciate some team members will face a more difficult transition. Thank you.
