Stability within the organization. Good pay for what we were doing. Many opportunities available to you. Access to the gym, and other things once your are granted privileges aboard the installation

Cons

Most of the individual are not likely to champion change. So as a new entrant, you wont be able to promote significant changes that could be implement the organizations without going against the grain. Totally not for process improvement. I have a black belt and was often disregarded by ranking officials.

An extremely disorganized company. Management staff are unprofessional, unintelligent egomaniacs who will throw employees under the bus to look a little better to those at the corporate level. Zero work-life balance, they promote the PTO program when your hired but if you take off accrued sick time you will be written up and possibly fired. Policies support padding the pockets of investors, employees and customers come last. Save yourself, do not accept a position here!
