Original mission, vision and goals, good benefits, good mid-level professionals.

Cons

Senior management is toxic and bullying is standard practice. CEO unable to deal with issues, does not listen to employees only interested in Board. Frustration levels are high, many good professionals have left, new management only brings in loyal friends not good professionals.

Pros

The people actually doing the work are dedicated and the best are working very long hours for the projects they believe in.

Cons

Senior management is disconnected from reality. They are not experience in this type of work and do not know what it takes to be successful. There is no spirit of team, and no one seems willing to change that. In fact it often seems they are working against that.

Too many strategic advisers, lack of accountability in senior management. Fewer and fewer people to do actual billable work. Where is the energy practice going? Where is the forestry NRM practice going?
