Pros

The most important thing to consider is the people working here. My manager and colleagues are very kind, helpful and supportive. Winstead has done a lot during the pandemic. I was not expecting a raise and bonus at the end of 2020 and Winstead made it happen. They also provided lunch during the pandemic and offered free parking to employees who had to pay for it.

Cons

I cannot really think of a con. But if I have to, I would say the traffic in Dallas downtown is a con.

Pros

Was paid handsomely as a courier as well as being paid $0.57 by the hour. Supplied lunch twice a week.

Cons

Long commute and sometimes was sent on jobs 50 miles away and having to drive when work hours were passed.
