Pros

Great place to work because of the company culture. It's a firm where they embrace learning and mentorship.

Cons

None that come to mind. Maybe parking is a little expensive?

Pros

Decent benefits and reimbursement for DART.

Cons

From day one, I never felt like my job was secure. And it wasn't. My particular attorney threw me under the bus and lied to me on several occasions. (Yes, I caught him.) Winstead has a toxic working environment which is well known. While I was working at Munsch Hardt a former Winstead employee told me of her experiences of working at Winstead (she had worked there for 10 years before joining Munsch) so I was somewhat apprehensive joining the firm. Turned out she was right. HR does not back-up its employees. Training is minimal to non-existent. Cliques abound. Your talents are never recognized.
