Pros

A great full service law firm, and becoming more prominent in the region. Most attorneys are very collegial. The talent within each practice group often stacks up well with larger and older competitors.

Cons

As it grows, it becomes somewhat more big-law / corporate in methodology.

Pros

Salary, PTO, bonuses, fun office events, family environment. Never really had a moment where I felt genuinely unhappy with my job. Every person's experience is different depending on who he/she works for. Most attorneys I have worked with are willing to take the time and patience to teach you.

Cons

Nothing major that HR would not address accordingly. Just have to learn to not take some comments personally, but make sure they know you demand respect as a person.
