Pros

Nice office. Good PTO. Laid back atmosphere compared to other law firms.

Cons

You will do the job of 2-3 people and getting fairly compensated is pretty much out of the question. Pay is below-average. Raises are a standard cost-of-living increase and when you try and ask for more their justification is the standard 2-3% raise. The firm is very cheap. Very common to see good employees leave because they won't negotiate a salary. Firm is cheap when it comes to employee appreciation compared to other places. Looks like firm holiday parties are being replaced with swanky attorney-only appreciation parties.
