I have worked for close to twenty years in the staffing industry. Two of the staffing firms never paid any type of commissions and no advancement opportunity and those firms out of business. Winston has employees who have worked here for over twenty years and Winston has been around for over 50 years which means they exactly what their clientele's needs are and how to keep their employee's happy.

Benefits could be better but at least we have them

Working at Winston for over 10 years, a very family-oriented company; everyone is respectful of each other. No micromanagement from management. Each recruiter is responsible for the success of their desk. Great teams for each division. Your success at Winston is determined by how well you do your job. Recruiters that are hard-working, task-driven and motivated really do excel at Winston.
