Pros

The culture is one of self-reliance. They don't patronie you, and don;t waste yoru time in useless meetings. You need to take a lot of personal responsibility.

Cons

Not always a lot of guidance regarding your expectations. It is great to not be micromanaged, but sometimes being steered in the right direction would be nice.

Don't expect a raise or a bonus. Benefits are terrible and expensive. The salary is LOW. Everyone is also SUPER POLITICAL. If you aren't swinging completely right..... don't come here.....
