      Paid medical, flexible work environment (depending on your supervisor)

      No paid sick time, no 401K or pension, no steady raises, little opportunity for growth or advancement.

      Pros are that there's plenty of work.

      Cons

      Cons are terrible benefits, what precious little there are, the pay is laughable, the demands are far too much, and the company doesn't seem to care about anyone that hasn't sunk 10+ years into the company.

      Pros

      Opportunity to gain experience if you are someone who is looking to gain more knowledge in agile. Also, discount Reds tickets. Overall an ok place to start since they are a small company. Should be used as a stepping stone for your career. Don’t plan on staying more than 6 months to a year and there is no growth internally from a career perspective

      Cons

      Marketing team is a disaster. Marketing projects are managed poorly and upper management is terrible and has no dept of project risks and issues. Relies on team to get her job done. Company is unprofessional and displays blatant nepotism. Very rude team overall
