Little to no micromanaging, great benefits and competitive pay, likable and helpful coworkers

Too much non negotiable travel, traveled Sunday - Friday, bad for family oriented people and no work life balance when required to travel. I saw a trusted senior team member pin their petty mistake on a new team member, for which that new team member wasn't allowed to defend themselves. The executive didn't investigate before reprimanding.
