Pros

They train you on equipment, and as long as you're doing what you should they leave you to do your job. Most of management is kind.

Cons

Long hours. Every day has mandatory overtime and you don't know how long of a day it's going to be. If you're a woman it's hard to progress in the company, or be taken seriously when you bring up issues.
