If you are looking for a place to have ownership and freedom to make your own way Win could fit you. Great product offerings.

Cons

Only can own one location. Makes it hard for customers to do business with them. Customers will have to have seperate accounts and billing if they do business in more areas across industries or areas.

This is a hidden GEM! This company values its employees and shows it on a regular basis. Coming from a larger company, I have CONSTANTLY been pleasantly surprised at the consideration for employees and how kind and helpful folks are here. Just ONE example (of many): with water boil advisory in the area the company is providing bottled drinking water for us, without a charge AND without hesitation. If you want to work for a business where you can really feel like you can be a part of “it” and grow, this is IT!

Cons

I cannot think of anything here, however I recognize that there are pros and cons to every business.
