Opportunities around every corner and a very supportive, growth-oriented management team. It is possible to make a life-long career with this organization if you are enthusiastic and willing to put forth the effort. Profit-sharing and the ability to buy stock in the company are added incentives.

Working with a knowledgeable team, good insurance, paid vacation, opportunity to purchase stock in the company, offer a Win Savings account, opportunity to donate to tax free Wincares, opportunity to travel and meet co-workers across the country.

Cons

If you are looking for an 8-5 job, this is not the company for you. A lot of office politics. If someone isn't getting the job done, they just move them to another department and wash their hands of them instead of dealing with the issue.

Benefits are paid in full, flexible hours, no micro-managing, you can go as far as you want with the company just depends on the work you are willing to put into it.

Cons

Complicated business takes some time to understand it, no 401k but there are stock options
