No major complaints about the company as a whole. Positive & friendly work environment. My negative experience may have been specific to my team / by boss.

Cons

I'll try not to go into too much detail here. It seems to me that ultimately i was a cultural hire, brought on to join a team of developers that live in (that country to which many software jobs are currently being outsourced). Despite being the new guy i was soon designated as the one who does the talking for our dev team in any client-facing meetings. I was fine with all of that but in the end i felt a little discriminated against - i think there was some pride-related bias against me and my work. my boss was local but was from the same country as them and i felt like this caused some bias. Feedback was sparse, communication was poor, i was let go even tho i was under the impression that i was doing great.
