Opportunity to gain experience if you are someone who is looking to gain more knowledge in agile. Also, discount Reds tickets. Overall an ok place to start since they are a small company. Should be used as a stepping stone for your career. Don’t plan on staying more than 6 months to a year and there is no growth internally from a career perspective

Cons

Marketing team is a disaster. Marketing projects are managed poorly and upper management is terrible and has no dept of project risks and issues. Relies on team to get her job done. Company is unprofessional and displays blatant nepotism. Very rude team overall

Win allowed 40 % local ownership local at each location. No micromanagement which allowed for less stress. I learned how to manage a ledger and developed extremely good service skills in handling multiple types of personalities

Cons

The lack of micromanagement allowed me to work every weekend the last 5 years, and annually sacrifice vacation time as we were always understaffed til the last 2 of 6 years.
