      Pros

      Earnings potential and freedom to build your own customer base. The company has many tools available for training and to ensure success. Very stable and well established company. It's not going anywhere. Compensation model is clear, generous and well known by everyone in the organization. If you work hard, it pays off.

      Cons

      Little guidance from company leadership. Relationship with vendors could be improved. Can have long hours and will be required to work weekends depending on customer demands.
