      Bottom-up organization. Encourage people to bet on themselves and take charge of their own destiny. Multiple layers of support available without micromanagement or hand-holding.

      My co=workers are nice people who are very encouraging.

      Cons

      The management is filled with unprofessional and rude people. Instead of being approachable, leadership is often avoided by the employees because most managers are toxic and disrespectful. There's constant yelling in the workplace because of managers humiliating and verbally abusing the employees.
