Pros
Wintergreen is the most beautiful place I have ever worked. The mountain views are spectacular and the trails around the resort are great. Many of the people in management are easy going and friendly. As a full time employee you get free access to skiing and golf during non-peak times as well as the indoor pool and newly renovated fitness center. If you are lucky enough to live and work here your commute would be anywhere from a 5 minute walk to a 10 minute mountain view drive.
Cons
The management can be a little set in there ways. Many managers have worked at the resort for their entire career so they don't always have a good perspective of how things could be done better. The pay tends to be a little low but you are getting many fringe benefits as well.
