Pros

Decent benefits, great location near transportation and airport (can park car in parking lot instead of paying for airport parking), nice fitness center, monthly luncheons, overall a good company.

Cons

New CIO has incorporated an outsourcing culture/model, which limits opportunities to learn new technologies and take on interesting projects, plethora of new faces looking to make names for themselves, chaotic IT environment, a lot of lip service, annoying monthly IT staff meetings filled with shallow leadership platitudes and grandstanding. Stay away from IT at this point.
