Pros

Sales quota isn’t important here and making your goal is super easy here as compared to Chase or BMO.

Cons

The management was awful. Would sit in their office for hours, would walk past customers and say nothing to do them, wouldn’t say anything if there were issues between the tellers. The tellers were terribly mean and rude, would see work as a beauty competiton and a social hour. Tellers pretty much tried to get rid of you anyway they could.
