      The people are nice and willing to show you the ropes. Good work/life balance. Great benefits such as health, retirement, etc.

      Cons

      Vacation time is low but probably par for the course in the banking world. Different departments of the commercial bank are located in far suburban areas and not very centralized. Pay could be a bit better.
