Pros

The branch I work at is as employee oriented as it is customer oriented. We strive to be the best and help one another out whenever possible. Wintrust is doing better at learning to appreciate employees through awards and acknowedgement. They do have good benefits and value a work/life balance.

Cons

I do not believe any of us are being justly compensated. We are given more responsibilities throughout the year and maybe given a small raise after the annual review. Job advancement is a bit rare.

Pros

Employee centric and really support work/life balance. Committed to the communities they operate in and give back in meaningful ways. They are a team that works well across all disciplines to support customers and employees.

Cons

Nothing material - lack of formal processes and coaching in some areas can make it difficult to navigate but it's workable.
