Pros

Good benefits and culture. Company for the most part values its employees and works to retain the people who perform.

Cons

Culture is changing as the company is growing. Flat management structure requires leadership to wear multiple hats and continually adapt to new challenges.

Pros

Good exposure to commercial banking, given a variety of different types of project to work on, they were very helpful with advising me on what to put on my resume/talk about in interviews at the end of the internship.

Cons

Times where we didn't have any work to be done, somewhat hard to get in touch with certain people to ask questions.
