      Pros

      Good benefits. Have on-site gym equipped with fitness classes for all employees free of charge. Two week vacation and unlimited sick days. Provides 401k match, medical (BCBS IL), dental and vision insurance. Discounts for AT&T, Jos A. Banks, etc.

      Cons

      Communication within departments is limited. A lot of micro managing. In order to fit in you must have a traditional mindset. Not very open to new ideas. Very cut throat environment. Not a team environment.
