Pros

Great benefits (insurance, vacation, bonus) Strong training program Access to upper management People care about success of company Smart, strategic management team (for the most part)

Cons

Company is lacking in diversity of thought and composition. They’ve been working to change that issue, but also shouldn’t sacrifice talent in order to achieve it. Promotions typically based on seniority instead of skill. Pay is below-market; a good amount of the younger analysts/officers leave for more lucrative opportunities.
